Registration and Entry

Please note the following:

This festival is open to all piano and organ students Kindergarten-12th grade.
One entry is allowed per student (no mixing levels or multiple levels per student).
One entry form (click here) per student is to be sent through snail mail only.

DEADLINE: All entry forms are to be postmarked by October 1st.

Registration fee is $8.00 per student, to be mailed with the entry form. Make checks payable to Karen Sultan, for benefit of (FBO) NCCKF. Registration fees are NOT refundable.

Please provide all requested information, printing or typing to avoid miscommunication.
Once the entry form is sent in, names and levels cannot be changed.

For individual students registering:

Please print and fill out the entry form in the link above. Then send to the address above.

For teachers registering students:

Please print and fill out one entry form per student. All entry forms are to be mailed through snail mail and in bulk (preferably). One check per teacher, please.
